A set of four Regency rosewood and parcel-gilt single chairs, the backs ornately and crisply carved with foliage centred by an upholstered panel, over drop-in seats and sabre legs, the back rails and legs channelled and gilt, the front legs surmounted by carved and gilt eagle heads, the rear legs capped with a scroll and carved foliage, 46cm wide 52cm deep 87cm high (4) Condition report: Later upholstery. Probably re-gilt. Some old repairs to ornate backs.
