A pair of George III silver sugar tongs, by Richard Mills, c.1760-1770, with engraved foliate detail and shell-shaped bowls, 14cm long, together with a bright-cut decorated pair, by Duncan Urquhart and Naphtali Hart, two pairs, by Peter and Anne Bateman, and four further, 7.2ozt (8) Condition report: Tarnish, general surfacer wear and scratches throughout. Some slightly misshapen. Some tiny dents. Some marks and decoration rubbed. Urquhart & Hart pair with repair to both handles where they meet the bowls. General wear commensurate with age and use.
