The very large brown section top left is a later addition. Some further areas of retouching lower left and lower right, and a couple of spots on the figure. The canvas has a little very light cockling at the edges. A little craquelure in places. Surface dirt throughout. Top and lower stretchers have made imprints. Canvas visible in many places, and the paint is very thin to the left of the shoes.
