Keeley Halswelle ARSA (1832-1891) Canterbury Cathedral with a steam train passing by oil on panel 19 x 29cm Condition report: Oil on artist’s board with an artists’ suppliers stamp for the Fine Art Salon, Edinburgh. The board Is slightly bowed and the corners are showing signs of age, with loss and abrasion. The paint layers are in a good condition overall. There is minor abrasion around the edges caused by framing. The varnish is very yellowed and uneven with patches and small yellowed lumps of resin caught in the surface. The frame is in a good condition.
