Thomas Sunderland (1744-1828) A view of a castle and town across a river, probably Stirling pencil, grey and blue washes 18.5 x 28.7cm Condition report: Paper has discoloured. Staining close to the mount and there are hard lines of discolouration near the edges of the drawing which appear to be from an earlier frame/mount. A spot of pale damage on the horizon, centre, and two further pale marks of damage close to right edge. Some light specks of foxing scattered throughout. Not seen outside of glazed frame.
