He graduated from the Painting Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1952. Used to be the deputy director of the Comic Strip Committee of China Artists Association, director of China Comic Books Publishing House, associate editor of China Comics, he has many works awarded, such as Storm, Surefire and After the Truce.
