Chinese 17 Century Bronze Hexagon Incense Burner, each side with a panel of entwined double Dragons with 6 small curled bronze feet below, the base with an archaistic seal mark; old hexagonal hard wood cover pierced and polished with cloud curls and a Peking glass bead finial. Height of bronze and hard wood cover with finial 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm.) X diameter of bronze 6 inches (15.3 cm.). Age related wear to the bronze, 1/2 of one small foot missing; the hard wood cover with wear and a short shrinkage crack.
