铭文：甄官甓，出幽壑。古文残，作长乐。小金城，侯封拓。雪方属，国翰。|砖文：作长乐。 |说明：有清一代，随着金石考据学的中兴，古砖收藏成为风尚，文人雅士多有以砖制砚者，其中汉晋古砖为首选。概因其多有图案文字，高古淳朴，颇堪玩赏，且砖质坚实细密，宜于发墨。此砚古砖改作，砖文为“作长乐”三字，字体在篆隶之间，当为汉砖。配旧木盒。
