|器物皮壳深沉光润，呈站立姿态，四脚着地，具有行走中的动态感。狮子张口，圆眼，面目凶猛。狮子头部錾刻成蓬松的鬃毛纹理。身体部位线条圆润，但极具肌肉的力量感，脊背及腿部骨骼隐约若现，尾巴高扬竖立 ，怒目相视。此器錾刻手法古拙，看似不重细节，但凭借工匠娴熟的技艺，将狮子的造型塑造得生动到位，蕴藏着一股剑拔弩张的紧张对抗氛围。整器有宋元时期风格，细节线条妥当，比例协调，特别是狮子行走中的力量感，均体现得十分完美。
