说明：康、雍、干帝都喜欢玻璃，康熙帝命日耳曼传教士纪瑞安神父指导创建蚕池口玻璃厂，该玻璃厂如其他御用作坊一样，由内务府造办处管辖，负责制作、维修、保管皇家器物。此螭龙造型独特，不同于一般蟠螭纹的细瘦劲长，而是肥润饱满，色彩夸张艳丽，红紫蓝色螭龙首尾交接缠绕，后一龙抱前一龙之尾，互相交融，圆转绵延，给审视者以气势磅礡，英气逼人之感。原配旧盒，盒上题签：清乾隆白料胎画珐琅蟠螭纹水丞。致雅堂藏。
