|注释：|此为朱百遂与友人日常书信一通，钤“寒香晓雨”朱文印，此为苏州李学忠香书轩旧藏。朱百遂（1845-？），字棠伯、适庵，江苏宝应县人，幼即好学能文，同治十三年（1874）会试中式进士，改翰林院庶吉士。光绪二年（1876）散馆授职编修，五月充国史馆总纂官，后又任正白旗官学查学官，甲午授山西汾州府知府。撰有《息庵随笔》、《息庵诗文稿》。他为官听断精敏，且尤为好善，曾创立京师广仁堂、敬节会，以剧劳卒于官，平民万人送葬。此信言及桂海人物珊网鸿富及家乡丰收的家事。
