此盘敞口，圆形浅腹，小折沿，高圈足。盘内及外壁均髹朱漆，外底圈足内为黑漆地。盘心以黑漆作梅花纹，枝干遒劲柔韧，奋力伸展。盘心边缘如山石峭壁天成，山石间横生一枝枝梅花，枝干虬龙槎材，朵朵梅花似傲寒盛开。匠人精心巧运，将梅花绘于盘心之上，宛若自然山石峭壁上的景色，造型端庄典雅。
