江戶時期精美鳳凰紋題材銅鏡，工藝精美，版工漂亮，鏡圓形，鏡背下方飾海水巉巖，右側鑄飾一株蒼勁的梧桐樹，枝繁葉茂，左側鳳凰站立於梧桐枝頭，曲頸昂首，雙翅舒展，尾羽欣長且華美，氣韻華貴，神氣十足，鏡背上方飾有遠山，一輪新月高懸，鑄銘「藤原光長作」。此鏡主題與「鳳凰非梧桐不棲」極為相符，《莊子》有載鳳凰非梧桐不棲，非竹實不食，非醴泉不飲。明非而止，是為不爭。整鏡立意極佳，狀態完美，實為和鏡佳作。
