此瓶造型挺拔，古雅俊美，瓜棱式蒜头口，长细颈，削肩，胆式腹微垂似水滴，底承外撇高圈足。颈部、腹中各凸起弦纹一道，肩部装饰仿古蝉纹，上腹部饰夔龙纹，下腹部饰兽面纹，圈足饰以勾云纹。
蒜头瓶，其形始于战汉，宋元时期已常见，明万历年间盛行烧制瓶体高大的青花、五彩器物，铜质蒜头瓶较为少见。
