此壶器型稍大，锥形直流，执把厚实，长弧下曲，形若耳状，壶钮圆锥似菇。此壶通体光素无纹，仅在壶底采用竹刀划刻诗句“半入江风半入云，文旦”，此类的刻绘手法，为早期最常见朱泥壶的修饰手法，具有典型时代特征。朱泥大器烧造难度甚高，此器结构严谨，比例协调，为龙蛋壶式的典范造型。
