Still life', signed and dated '08-12-1993 Zhang Sen' lower right, canvas. H. 40 cm. W. 40 cm. Zhang Sen was educated by the famous Chinese artists Wu Guanzhang and Qiu Sha. Provenance: Prof. dr. C.A. Smolders (1930-2021). Smolders was professor in membrane technology. In the 1990s he met Zhang Sen and was so impressed by his work, that he offered him to exhibit in the Netherlands.
