1982年出生於日本千葉，從2002年起正式開啟其繪畫創作之路，目前已在日本的許多藝術節上展出了作品。六角彩子的繪畫技巧上已自成一派。她空手運用丙烯酸樹脂漆在紙板上作畫；其畫作的主題是青少年兒童，大部分從近距離進行描繪。 六角彩子曾在日本「第9屆藝祭藝術節」上獲頒極具聲望的「後藤明男賞」獎。於2007年分別在荷蘭、丹麥、日本等地舉辦個展，2008年則在德國、韓國舉辦個展。另外也參加過許多重要的國際藝術展，如2007年的「科隆國際藝術展」（荷蘭）、上海、新加坡藝術博覽會；2008年的東京、阿姆斯特丹、台北藝術博覽會。
