其作品是周珠旺的寫實系列，成長、生活於屏東農家的周珠旺，選擇了台灣海岸邊隨處可見的鵝卵石入畫，一筆一筆細膩地描繪出他對於自身、家庭以迄整座城市，極具個人面貌的理解與追索。對周珠旺而言，創作是對於個人內在心靈思維的探求，而之所以選擇沙石做為創作的題材，除了與生長環境的密切連結，更是他磨練自我毅力，提昇精神強度的重要手段。藉此，也讓他同時獲致沉靜專注、入神般的飽實與滿足。
