作者简介：张启民，1915年生，萧县黄口镇人。三十年代毕业于徐州艺术专科学校。曾任美术教师多年。解放后，历任徐州市美术社画师，业余艺校画师，铜山县国画院画师等职。现为中国美术家协会江苏分会会员，中国老年书画研究会会员，徐州市美术工作者协会名誉理事，老年书画协会顾问等。
