(4) A SET OF FOUR CHINESE RU WARE DISH.By Ru Kiln of Northern Song Dynasty.This circular dish is covered with full and refined glaze. With small and irregular crackles as well as sky-blue , sky-cyan and porcelain brown glaze, it is typical of the products handed down from the Ru Kiln. The Ru Kiln ranks as the best among Five Kilns in ancient China. It was in the Huizong Reign of the Northern Song Dynasty that people began to manufacture utensils for royal use at the Ru Kiln. The production stopped with the fall of the regime. Therefore it existed only for a limited time and few artifacts have survived. Bottom 3 teams burn, the whole device nail team spirit foot, make after god very neat.Porcelain vessels out of the Ru Kiln enjoy great renown for their superior technique and refined clay. In addition to the commonly-used ash gray color, Ru Kiln's glaze colors include sky-blue, celeste and a light greenish blue. Most of the plates, lavers and bowls are fired upon supporting nails.
