梅记 壬寅版五星瑞鹤 90年代三合一老茶

原料：安溪铁观音、云南普洱、武夷水仙
年份：三款原料皆为90年代
工艺：跨品类拼配调和

“三合一”老茶，曾是梅记第四代传承人王联丹老先生最钟爱的私房茶。单一茶类的拼配已是一门功夫，跨品类拼配则更加考究，尤其是对老茶而言，选料、配比极其考究，非经验老到的老茶人难以实现。三合一老茶从以普洱、老铁、老岩茶三款茶的茶性为考量，主次分明，合理配比，兼济熟普之温和，溪茶之清冽，岩茶之水骨，恰如其分，十分难得。
