拍品仿商周酒器“卣”，以精铜所铸，敛口，上压拱盖，设菌状钮，颈部收束，两侧安拱形兽首提梁，下接折肩，长弧腹底承外撇圈足。器身纹饰公分六段，均已云雷纹为地，上铸各类纹饰，实为精工之作，拱盖、颈部、圈足饰火纹及变形夔龙纹，上腹部饰凤鸟纹，下接蕉叶纹。
此件提梁卣与多数形制不同，去其提梁，更为接近折肩尊，而非经典造型。整体纹饰布局规整严谨，熔铸流畅饱满，层次分明，繁而不乱，尤其腹面的凤鸟纹，庄重典雅，沉穆中有透露出些许华美之感。
