王一亭魁星点斗設色紙本立軸 Color and ink on paper. The Star of Kui. Inscribed and signed, with two seal marks of the artist. Hanging scroll. Length: 52 3/8 in (132.8 cm) Width: 12 7/8 in (33.0 cm) 題識: 一斗墨，一枝筆，自古文章有甲乙。任爾地覆天翻終難滅，乙丑春仲，白龍山人鈴印：王震大利一亭書畫作者介紹: 王一亭, 名震，號白龍山人、梅花館主、海雲樓主等，法名覺器。祖籍浙江吳興（今湖州市），生於上海周浦。清末民國時期上海著名書畫家、實業家、傑出慈善家、社會活動家與宗教界名士。王一亭作品具有近代人文主義意識。早年學畫得徐小倉指點，後師從任伯年，畫藝大進，繼承任派風格。晚與金石派大師吳昌碩亦師亦友，趨向闊筆寫意，設色濃艷，筆墨酣暢，氣勢雄闊而不失寫實本色。構圖講究，詩書畫印，渾然一體。在清末民初海上畫派中影響僅次於吳昌碩。
