王蕴章（1884-1942），字莼农，号西神，别号窈九生、红鹅生，别署二泉亭长、鹊脑词人、西神残客等，室名菊影楼、篁冷轩、秋云平室，江苏省金匮（今无锡市）人。中国近代著名诗人、文学家、书法家、教育家。光绪二十八年（1902年）中副榜举人，任学校英文教师。上海沪江大学、南方大学、暨南大学国文教授，上海《新闻报》编辑，上海正风文学院院长。通诗词，擅作小说，工书法，善欧体，能写铁线篆。是“中学为主、西学为用”的鸳鸯蝴蝶派主要作家之一。
