方楚乔，1953年生于广东汕头市,1987年考入广州美术学院中国画研究生班，师从黎雄才、陈金章、梁世雄先生。1990年毕业于广州美术学院中国画研究生班，获文学硕士学位。现为中国美术家协会会员、广东美术创作院画家、广州暨南大学艺术学院教授、美术系主任、硕士生导师、河山画会画家。中国国际书画研究会理事。
