Description A splendid "Duchess" dressing table in burr walnut from the mid-Victorian period. Well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The dressing mirror is supported by a pair of carved "antlers" and is fully adjustable, The superstructure has two banks of small drawers flanking a central jewellery box with a lift-up lid. The base section has a single central drawer to the freeze. It stands well on elegant scrolling cabriole legs which are embellished with carved detailing.
