题识：乙丑五月一日为全国书画展而作于海屋，沈迈士时年九十有五。钤印：吴兴沈氏、迈士 作者简介：沈迈士，浙江湖州下昂乡竹墩村人。名祖德，号宽斋，以字行。1949年5月，沈迈士被上海市人民政府聘任为上海市文物保管委员会委员。上海“中国画院”成立后，又被聘为兼职画师。以后历任上海市文史馆馆员、中国美术家协会会员及上海分会理事、中国书法家协会会员及上海分会名誉理事、湖州书画院名誉院长。
