款识：浑无定，看漂泊总随家，各带飞絮轻狂遥。陡觉波心，有多少游鱼竞好。倩垂杨轻扫，暂得窥明净，前村晚红，然榴华靳。庚辰小春，师子王伟。
钤印：王师子、墨翁、那知鱼乐

王师子（1885—1950）原名伟，字师梅，四十岁后改名师子，一度寄居上海麦加里，因谐音别署墨稼居士，江苏句容人。历任上海美专、中国艺专、新华艺专等国画教授。治艺谨严，花、鸟、鱼、虫，注意写生。
