此牙板以紫檀木为材精雕而成，用料厚实，通体包浆沉厚，皮壳黝黑泛紫，库出状态，为好古者最喜之色。
背面光素，上部开两处榫孔，正面开窗，以凸出的如意云头为中心，设六只蝙蝠姿态各异，展翅翻飞，周围流云弥漫，福寿延绵之意不言而喻。
整器选材精道，雕工精良，宫廷气息显著，虽为构件，也不失为具有独立审美意味的古物。
