卢沉（1935—2004），江苏苏州人，中国著名国画家，曾任中央美术学院学术委员会委员，中央美术学院中国画系教授、第一画室主任。早年在苏州美术专科学校学习西洋绘画，1953年考入中央美术学院中国画系，从师叶浅予、蒋兆和、李可染、刘凌沧等。擅人物，工写兼长，所作笔墨精到，善于表现人物性格，形象生动感人。妻子为画家周思聪。
