此如意为紫檀木质，由上至下三镶琉璃瓦子，灵芝形如意。琉璃部分通体雕刻以寿为题的纹样，苍松、寿佬、仙鹿、用色淡雅丰富，纹样疏密有致，琉璃渲染逼真，仿海蓝宝石的质感彰显无遗。整器造型精美，制作工艺高超，釉色艳丽，木质沉稳。整件充满吉祥长寿之寓意。历代越是精巧别致，越见器物级别之尊贵高雅，本物即可作为一例，为清代如意作品中，较为罕有一例。
