圆口，直颈，丰肩，弧型腹，腹部微微下收于底部，足胫微微外撇。口颈暗刻弦纹与竖纹结合，肩部以暗刻云纹缠绕一周，弦纹分于肩腹衔接处，梅瓶腹部以刻画工艺剔刻折枝牡丹纹，纹饰清晰，雕刻工艺娴熟，构图饱满，花叶空间拉伸强烈，底部以焦叶纹装饰，通体施青釉，釉层稀薄，布釉细微开片于整体，釉色青亮，釉面布满开片。
