识文：吾乡宋文恪公承先世忠烈，早登词馆，入赞纶扉，经济文章，彪炳中外。余承之史馆……今覩募修大道疏，利济万物……当筹算曷弗，镌此文穹碑立闸畔。|款识：嘉庆庚午孟夏，馆后学范来宗拜书。|钤印：范来宗印（白）翰尊（朱）长吟（朱） |作者简介：范来宗（1737～1817），字翰尊，号芝岩，一号支山，吴县（今江苏苏州）人。仲淹后裔。乾隆四十年（1775）进士，官翰林院编修。花卉得指授于椿，风格自超，别具秀骨。善行楷，工诗。卒年八十一。有《洽园诗稿》。
