款识：宣德年制 |盖盒圆形，子母口相扣合，通体施白釉为地，釉质匀净肥润，盖面以青花加五彩勾勒渲染，青花饰双圈，其内绘草虫纹。色彩绚丽，艳而有泽。整器造型玲珑可爱，清秀隽美，纹样生动传神，富有生趣，底部以青花书“宣德年制”四字楷书寄托款。
