Of octagonal sections, each finely cast and brilliantly enamelled with the hollow bell-shaped base rising to a central bulb supporting a large octagonal dish tray, set to the centre with a tall tapering octagonal neck, surmounted by a small tray fitted with a metal pricket, decorated in brilliant enamels against a bright turquoise ground, all amid stylized lotus blossoms borne on dense scrolling leafy stems, the rims with gilt key fret bands.
