天球瓶一对，形制如一，大器化小而为之，显精巧饱满之态。唇口，长细颈自上而下稍敛，腹部浑圆，线条环匝流畅，底承圈足，足缘凸弦，与口沿天地相映。
通身以掐丝珐琅工艺装饰，以天蓝釉为地，掐丝填饰红、绿、蓝诸色，口沿饰如意云头纹，圈足饰花卉纹，腹部主题纹饰为枝蔓缠绕的宝相花卉纹，叶片阴阳向背，朵花灼灼正放，俯仰生姿。口部、足缘均予以鎏金，富丽之姿难掩。
