GOLDSCHMIDT A YELLOW, BEIGE, RED AND ORANGE OVERLAY OPAQUE WHITE GLASS BOTTLE VASEQing dynasty, 18th century Carved through the unusualbination of overlays with a plant rising from one side of the vessel with thin wavy-edged beige and yellow leaves and stems with various outgrowths including magnolia, a gourd and two hibiscus flowerheads, one in red, the other yellow, the other side of the vessel with a loose branch of prunus blossom with five butterflies nearby, the opaque white ground with some areas of swirling green glass suggestive of a stream running beneath the prunus, all supported on a short slightly spreading broad circular foot ring. 6 1/4in (15.8cm) high 清 十八世紀 白地套三色料胎花蝶紋長頸天球瓶 Provenance: Spink & Son Ltd., October 1979 The Goldschmidt Collection, 1979 to the present 來源: Spink & Son Ltd.古董行,1979年10月 戈爾德施密特收藏(The Ellen C.
