铜铸方觚，器分三段，广口外撇，方腹微凸，底承高圈足。四棱出戟，口部四棱以蕉叶纹为饰，内填两两相对的夔龙纹，腹部每面饰兽面纹，足部以海浪纹作底，饰代表日月的火焰形纹饰。
青铜样式论的代表人物---日本著名学者林巳奈夫先生把商周青铜尊按照器型分为四类，分别为有肩尊、觚形尊、觯形尊以及鸟兽形尊，拍品可称之为觚形尊，器型与觚接近，但形制较为粗浑。
