Younger brother of Manolo Quejido. In 1980 he obtained a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture. In 1989, after a trip to New York, he settles in Altea (Alicante), where he has a period of reflection of one year, so that he would begin a new series of paintings Icons (oil paintings 41x33 cm.) linked to the Neoplastic period of 1975. In the early nineties he alternated between Madrid and Soria with long periods in the Mediterranean, on the island of Formentera, where he currently has a studio.
