以商周青铜簋为本化裁而来，侈口唇沿，颈部首付，弧腹下收，底承外撇圈足。器身两侧对铸兽吞把式双龙耳，器身四开光，以岩肌纹作底，浮铸饕餮纹。通体包浆浓厚，皮壳古润可嘉，附木质器座。
