|珐华器的烧制技术源于琉璃，唯助熔剂以牙硝而不同于琉璃。据《饮流斋说瓷》载：“法（珐）华之品萌芽于元，盛行于明，大抵皆北方之窑，蒲州一带所出者最佳。”在明代嘉靖、万历时期山西地区流行烧造以佛道二教神像为题材的珐华塑像。本品即是当中之杰出代表，历数百年而善存，殊为可贵。
