A pair of James I silver Apostle spoons, St. James The Greater and St. Jude, by John Saunders, London 1615, fig-shaped bowl, tapering faceted stem, the finials with traces of gilding and with a holy dove nimbus, the reverse of the bowls with scratch initials 'O' over 'IT', lengths 18.1cm and 17.8cm, approx. weight 3.6oz.
