拍品仿战汉青铜壶造型，形体饱满端庄，气势盎然，若藉以干花衬饰，体现主人好古怀永之雅意。
此尊铸胎规整，侈口，粗束颈，颈两侧饰兽吞把式双龙耳，腹部饱满微垂，线条环遭有力，底承外撇圈足。通体纹饰以细密的云雷纹作底，颈、腹、肩满饰仿古兽面纹，云状双角内卷，长鼻阔口，双睛圆凸，面容狰狞，显示出强烈的震慑之感。腹下铸修细密的龟背锦纹。
整器造型稳重凝练，纹饰饶有古趣，细观之，颈、腹部兽面纹修刻刀法爽利，肩部兽面纹缘边磨工极佳，微微凸起，灵巧之中兼具静穆之美，于霸气中流露出典雅气氛。
