来源美国私人收藏出版Michael C. Teller IV，《Royal Chinese Treasures: Tang and Song Dynasties》，维珍尼亚威廉斯堡，1991年，页6-7，图版3银胎，饰鎏金，本品整器呈椭圆形，海棠形花口，敞口，弧形腹，高圈足。外壁捶揲成海棠形，近高足处錾莲瓣形托，足部承碗身，亦制成海棠形，微向外撇，足沿饰鎏金。碗内口沿鎏金几何纹，内壁腹部光素，碗心捶揲鸳鸯于荷塘里嬉戏，饰以鎏金，绳纹、珠纹各一周围绕主题纹饰，碗壁再加饰多出花瓣草叶纹样。此杯的造型源自西亚传统器皿，而碗中央纹饰取材自中国寓意吉祥的鸳鸯，集合中原及西域文化题材，在银胎上以呈色明亮的鎏金点缀，尽显富丽繁华之气。
