此龙耳大赏瓶，质密而重，颇耗工本，器型稳健端庄，庄严属目，当陈设于厅堂的重要位置，气势盎然。若藉以干花衬饰，体现主人好古怀永之雅意。
拍品赏瓶制式经典，但高度超50公分已属罕见，本品净高约70厘米，是为少见。撇口长束颈，弧腹下收，底承外撇高足。颈两侧对饰兽吞把式双龙耳，环扣有力。通身纹饰均以细密的云雷锦纹作底，铸造精修仿古纹样，兽面云状双角内卷，长鼻阔口，双睛圆凸，面容狰狞，显示出强烈的震慑之感。
