千里眼与顺风耳是道教中的两位守护神，地位虽然不高，流传却很广泛。这两位小神分别拥有特异功能，千里眼能够看到千里之外的物体，顺风耳则能听到千里之外的声音，他们的塑像一般安置在宫观的大门口。
此二尊身披甲胄，立于石上。左者昂首远眺，一目千里；右者躬身扶耳，细闻风声，神情丰富而细腻。此对造像神形兼备，使观者不得不拜服于工匠精彩的技艺与卓越的想象力。
