此品器型硕大，敛口，垂圆腹，圈足，颈肩部饰对称鹿头耳。通体施白釉，釉面亮青平滑，以粉色上彩，发色亮丽隽美，胎釉莹白温润，层次鲜明，形象逼真，器身绘寿星、灵鹿、苍松、白鹤、寿桃等景物，布局稀疏有致，描绘细腻生动传神，施彩鲜丽浓厚。仙鹤、松柏、寿星、灵鹿等题材习称“鹤鹿同春”，寓意福寿绵长，春秋不老。鹿头尊为陈设瓷的一种，始于清康熙，因器形倒置似鹿头故而得其名，又名“天禄尊”，此鹿头尊线条优美饱满，构图虽繁缛而不失疏朗，画工细致认真，造型凝练大气，端庄考究，绘制工丽，极为精致，实为光绪时期难得一见的精品大器，极为难得。
