此佛塔由珍贵木材以漆金工艺所制，分别由塔座、塔身、塔刹三部分组成。塔颈为下粗上细的锥体形，由下至上逐渐缩小。相轮为十三层，上有华盖，以日月为饰，象征佛光普照。华盖两侧各垂飘带，与塔腹相连，周围饰连珠纹。正中开一眼光门，一尊佛像隐隐可见。具有极高的艺术水平，为清代木作佛塔精品。
