周昌谷，号老谷。浙江乐清人。1948年考入国立艺术专科学校，毕业后留校任教。现代浙派人物画代表人物之一，擅意笔人物。草书、篆刻也有精深造诣。历任中国美术家协会理事，浙江美术家协会副主席，浙江美术学院教授等职。
款识：云想衣裳花想容，春风拂槛露华浓。若非群玉山头见，会向瑶台月下逢。周昌谷写。
