清晚期 青玉觀音坐像 carved from a semi-translucent stone of icy blue-green to show the figure seated above loosely crossed legs, the eyes cast down towards a bottle vase supported in gathered hands. Narrowly incised details accentuate the upswept hair and layered folds of simple robes that collect over a rocky base weathered with angular apertures, all above a bronze fountain stand, cast with pierced ruyi heads and lotus scrollwork, traces of gilt details.Height 7 in., 17.8 cm.
